less than ten days til new years... RAAHH i need more brain power so i can wrap up my undergrad project already 😭 anyways, here's my first doodle in forever.

my noise-cancelling headphones remain the best thing i've purchased yet within the past two years, but sadly, they don't withstand the screams of children within a 100-meter radius 😭 wish i had more money for a pair with a higher decibel limit, but i guess i'll just deal.

i am soo tense right now... sensory overwhelm has been hitting hard since this morning. but i'll still try to do what i can. i felt really productive last night, so i'm hoping that i can get even more done today.

i've finally been able to cut down on my sleep medication after months of taking the highest permitted dosage 🤧

i woke up with another bad headache today, but at least i did my morning yoga today. currently trying to relax my tense nerves while playing some jazz ambience in the background.

check-in time - i fell off hard with task tracking for the past few days due to a bought of PMS. did not get in my daily dose of physical activity either, and i still haven't made much progress with the current after effects scene i'm working on ☹ i have less than a month to get this done, but i keep hyperfocusing on the wrong things.

i've been painfully inconsistent with my yoga practice, but i finally hit the mat again today. i swear i used to be a lot less stiffer than this.
